This hybrid role has weekly

on-site expectations in our Berlin office . Relocation support is available for EU citizens or candidates who currently hold a valid EU work permit, depending on qualifications.

At Formlabs, you will combine your technical expertise with customer-facing work, helping engineers and companies solve real-world manufacturing challenges using cutting-edge 3D printing technology. This is a

sales role for engineers , focused more on impact than quotas.

What you’ll do

Engage with engineers and technical teams to understand their challenges

Recommend, design, and implement solutions using our hardware and software

Drive the sales process by translating technical solutions into customer impact

Collaborate closely with our internal engineering and product teams

Who you are

Engineer (mechanical, electrical, software, or related) owning at least a bachelor's degree

German AND English speaker (C1 or higher level)

Excited about technical sales and working closely with customers

Problem‑solver with excellent communication skills

Motivated by closing deals through solving real engineering problems

Compensation 60,000 - 80,000 EUR annual OTE (on target earnings) - includes an uncapped sales bonus and equity in the form of RSUs. By climbing our career ladder, you can reach a 6‑figure salary after a couple of years!
