What You’ll Do
Greet and connect with guests and members
Give tours & explain the Orangetheory experience
Make calls & follow up with potential members
Celebrate milestones and encourage consistency
Assist with front desk duties & studio organization
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, positive personality
Strong communication & people skills
Strong sales, retail, or customer service experience
Comfortable talking on the phone & answering questions
Reliable for late afternoons /weekends (some holidays)
Interest in health & fitness (no experience needed—we’ll train you!)
