About The Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of site marketing, promotional initiatives, and lifecycle programs. This role partners closely with Content, Design, Merchandising, SEO, and Marketing teams to ensure all marketing content is accurate, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for engagement and conversion.
Ideal for a detail‑oriented and organized marketer, this position focuses on translating strategy into action through strong project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and performance optimization driven by data and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities Promotional & Site Marketing
Own the promotional and editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with merchandising priorities, marketing initiatives, and growth goals.
Lead weekly cross‑functional meetings focused on promotional strategy.
Drive execution of site promotions and support post‑campaign analysis.
Collaborate on homepage strategy and execution, ensuring clear storytelling and conversion‑oriented content.
Partner with Merchandising and Creative to brief, launch, and optimize campaigns.
Support content and design direction for promotional and lifecycle initiatives, ensuring consistency across messaging, creative, and UX.
Assist with creative briefs and review cycles for site, email, and SMS assets, prioritizing speed, clarity, and performance.
Continuously refine promotional strategy using performance data and customer insights.
Email & SMS Marketing
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing automated and campaign‑based email and SMS programs.
Coordinate with Design and Lifecycle teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and messaging.
Support audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to improve engagement and conversion.
Help analyze campaign results and document learnings for future optimization.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Project Management
Collaborate with teams across marketing, merchandising, SEO, sales, and customer service to align messaging and campaign strategy.
Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.
Contribute to quarterly and annual marketing planning by identifying content gaps and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
1–2+ years of experience executing email and/or SMS marketing campaigns, preferably within e‑commerce.
Strong understanding of campaign performance fundamentals such as deliverability, segmentation, conversion drivers, and revenue attribution.
Ability to analyze campaign results and translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working in email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive); comfortable navigating campaign setup, QA, and deployment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
