| Location: Camden NJ | Duration: 6 Months Job Description: Responsibilities
Verify eligibility with insurance companies. Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding co-pays, deductibles, denials, and Cost of Benefit (COB) issues. Resolve accounts timely and effectively. Provide excellent customer service. 1 year healthcare billing experience. Hospital Medicaid experience preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Medical billing/coding knowledge; Comfortable with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to successfully interact with insurance carriers, patients, and administration.
