Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Automotive Sales Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for vehicle sales. You will assist customers with selecting vehicles, explaining features and financing options, and facilitating sales compliant with dealership policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in choosing vehicles by explaining product options, features, and financing alternatives.
Conduct safe vehicle test drives in accordance with traffic laws and dealership guidelines.
Facilitate vehicle delivery by guiding customers on vehicle functions, warranty coverage, and service requirements.
Maintain accurate and complete sales documentation.
Stay informed about all vehicle models, accessories, promotions, and financing programs.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Work Environment You will work in a professional, drug-free, and non-smoking environment that fosters career growth and promotes a positive workplace culture.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions accurately.
Safety conscious and reliable.
