to support a senior executive with demanding business and personal responsibilities. This role is for a proactive, detail-obsessed, highly organized operator who anticipates needs, manages complexity effortlessly, and treats the principals time as the most valuable asset in the organization. This is a
true anything and everything role from calendar mastery and business follow-ups to personal logistics, travel, and life administration. The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in fast-moving, high-expectation environments. Core Responsibilities Calendar & Time Management Own and optimize the principals calendar across professional and personal commitments Schedule, prioritize, confirm, and prepare agendas for meetings Protect focus time; proactively resolve conflicts and inefficiencies Send reminders, prep briefs, and post-meeting summaries Meeting & Communication Support Attend select meetings (virtual or in-person) and provide concise summaries, action items, and follow-ups Draft emails, messages, and responses on behalf of the principal Track open loops and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Travel & Logistics Manage all travel planning (air, hotels, ground transportation, dining) Build detailed itineraries and anticipate changes in real time Coordinate both business and personal travel seamlessly Personal & Life Administration Schedule and manage doctors appointments, family commitments, and personal errands Handle reservations, restaurant recommendations, and special requests Manage personal projects and household-related coordination as needed Day-to-Day Management Act as primary point of contact with staff, vendors, and external partners Follow up on tasks, requests, and commitments across business and personal domains Anticipate needs before they arisesolve problems before they are visible What Success Looks Like The principals day runs smoothly, efficiently, and calmly Meetings are prepared, summarized, and actioned without prompting Travel and logistics feel effortless No dropped ballseverything is tracked, followed up, and closed The EA operates as a trusted partner, not a task taker Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
