In this role, you’ll help our Recruitment Marketing team and promote our employer brand, manage candidate communications in our CRM, track campaign performance, and support platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and social media. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of marketing and recruitment while helping us attract top talent. How You'll Create Impact Assist with candidate emails, CRM campaigns, and TA inbox management Assist with language translations for CRM templates and website updates Monitor career site chatbot questions and social media activity Track monthly site traffic, traffic sources, and campaign data Respond to Glassdoor/Indeed reviews and share feedback with the TA team Support recruitment marketing campaigns on Indeed and LinkedIn, and content creation Assist with career site updates, and respective language translations What Makes You Stand Out Familiarity with social media, job boards, or CRM tools (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn & Phenom) Interest in marketing and employer branding Thrive working in a global collaborative team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable with data (Excel/Google Sheets) EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr
