
Digital Analyst

The Digital Analyst is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across Digital Marketing and Ecommerce by analyzing campaign performance and website data to uncover insights, optimize strategy, and support business growth. This role partners cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, BI, and IT teams to develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI forecasts that enhance understanding of the consumer journey, improve acquisition and retention efforts, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with ecommerce and marketing knowledge, translating complex, multi-channel data into actionable insights that support sales goals and long-term strategic initiatives. This role reports into the Director, Ecommerce Operations
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze marketing campaigns and website performance, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations that inform strategy.
Create and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual hindsight reporting.
Partner with BI and IT teams to define and roadmap data modeling, visualizations, and dashboards; perform ongoing data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Help build and enhance reporting frameworks to better understand the consumer journey and shopping behavior.
Synthesize complex, multi-channel data sources into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Analyze and model customer funnels, segmentation, and A/B testing results to improve campaign efficiency, acquisition, and retention.
Work closely with Digital Marketing and Digital Merchandising to forecast KPIs against sales projections and business goals.
Position requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Statistical Analysis, Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) and API integrations.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong understanding of ecommerce and marketing KPIs, including CAC, CPO, LTV, CVR, and retention metrics.
Familiarity with the luxury fashion industry and international markets preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and data visualization skills.

In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $75,000 to $85,000, which represents a range commensurate with experience, knowledge, and skills required.
