Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Analyst to help execute A/B tests on our Value Pre-Paid Phone Brands. Reporting into the Sr. Manager of Digital Experimentation, you will engage with the full lifecycle of Adobe Target digital experiences-from gathering initial requirements and managing Jira tickets to performing manual QA and coordinating launches with Legal, Analytics, and Accessibility teams.
Daily Functions
Experience and Personalization Management: Ideate on potential business impacting tests and coordinate with cross-functional business owners to field test concepts, identifying risks and dependencies, while maintaining the Jira Board with clear tickets and defined acceptance criteria to ensure traceability. Build & Execute: Configure tests in Adobe Target user interface and coordinate with dedicated UI developer when technical implementation support (javascript) support is needed. Launch Coordination & Validation: Coordinate the release process with technical and operational teams, conducting post-launch validations to ensure stability and functionality in the production environment. Cross-Functional Liaison (Legal & Data Analytics): Manage the flow of information to Legal and Reporting teams by sending formal launch notifications and supplying technical details (GTM + Tealium tags, Activity IDs, tracking parameters) for performance measurement. Reporting & Scaling: Leverage data performance readouts on testing results to make actionable decisions on next steps on test winners and losers. Establish knowledge on statistical techniques to determine confidence intervals, statistical significance, and sample sizes needed to make informed recommendations.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years' experience in a Digital / eCommerce / Agile software development setting. Familiar with web best practices related to content management, user experience, and cross team coordination (web development, product, design, QA, Marketing).
Business analysis expertise: Established experience on the business side of a web ecosystem with the ability to use data to determine the viability of business-impacting user experience updates. Has a keen eye for reading performance data (conversion rates / user interactivity)
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of task management / software development tracking tools (ex, Jira, Asana, Trello) for requirements management and defect tracking
Bachelor's degree - Telecom experience and knowledge of mobile/telecom testing data (IMEI, TFN/MIN).
Specific Digital analytics and/or statistics experience (GTM + Tealium tags, Google/Adobe Analytics, A/B test statistical significance, and confidence settings
