This role combines customer service, warehouse operations, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping customers succeed. You'll play a key role in keeping customers operational by accurately fulfilling parts orders, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions that drive uptime and add value. What You'll Do Respond to dealer and customer inquiries via phone and email Identify and recommend parts using diagrams and product documentation Accurately enter and manage orders through our ERP system Pick, pack, and ship orders with speed and accuracy Proactively suggest related and preventative maintenance parts Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and receiving stock Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Promote service programs and solutions to support customers and drive sales What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working with systems and technical parts information Sales-mindedable to identify opportunities to add value Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Why Join Us Competitive salary: $48,000
