Phoenix, AZ | 100% Onsite Healthcare & Aviation A national, mission-driven organization operating at the intersection of healthcare and aviation is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead complex, safety-critical supply chain operations. This is a senior, Director-level role overseeing enterprise-wide supply chain strategy and execution across both aviation maintenance components and clinical/medical supplies within a highly regulated, decentralized environment. What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, repair/warranty, and vendor management Oversee supply chains supporting aviation equipment and parts as well as healthcare/clinical supplies Standardize and optimize supply chain processes across multiple operational locations Drive forecasting, inventory planning, and cost-effective sourcing strategies Build and manage supplier relationships and performance metrics Lead, develop, and scale a large, multi-layered supply chain team Partner closely with senior leadership in a safety-first, mission-critical environment What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience Mandatory industry experience in Healthcare or Aviation (healthcare strongly preferred; both ideal) Proven Director-level leadership experience (not a manager seeking promotion) Strong financial, analytical, and executive communication skills Experience driving large-scale process improvement and organizational change Why This Role
