Construction Superintendent

to join their team on Oahu in Hawaii. This role will lead field execution while also overseeing quality control and safety, offering strong long-term growth with a highly respected and well-positioned contractor.

What You'll Do as the Construction Superintendent: Lead day-to-day site operations from project kickoff through completion Serve as the on-site leader managing subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Oversee project quality control and enforce site-specific safety programs Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project safety requirements Maintain project schedules, budgets, and critical path milestones Coordinate closely with Project Managers on progress, reporting, and cost tracking Review scopes of work, approve pricing, and support procurement efforts Conduct inspections and implement quality control procedures Act as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong client relationships Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders

Must-Haves as the Construction Superintendent: 5+ years of construction site leadership experience Experience working on healthcare or medical construction projects Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules Strong communication and leadership skills across all levels of a job site Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice-to-Haves as the Construction Superintendent: ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (can be obtained after hire) USACE Construction Quality Management certification OSHA 30 certification CPR/First Aid/AED certification Experience working on USACE or military base projects
