Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft; Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and address potential theft; Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize operational shortage; Monitor Code 50 package inspection policy; Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
