Job Description
A global material handling systems manufacturer is seeking multiple Customer Service Account Managers to support growth. This role is focused on driving order intake through consultative, relationship-driven sales within a highly technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive order intake by identifying, developing, and influencing capital equipment projects
Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to support solution development
Travel 50%+ to support customers across assigned regions
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in applications engineering, project management, or technical sales
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience within material handling, packaging, processing, plastics, or similar industrial sectors preferred
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex systems
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $110K-$115K + 30% bonus
Monthly car allowance
