Greet and guide customers on the lot and lead them through the vehicle-buying process Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs using current inventory Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits with confidence and professionalism Help customers complete sales applications and necessary paperwork Perform high-quality test drives and vehicle presentations Build relationships to create repeat and referral business Inspect lot vehicles daily and report issues to the Used Vehicle Manager Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales Follow up with buyers to confirm satisfaction and encourage return business Overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude during the sales process Bring your "A-game" every day to contribute to a positive dealership environment Assist with vehicle cleaning/prepare vehicles when needed Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, outgoing, and confident in engaging customers Quality customer service mindset with the ability to handle objections Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone Basic business math understanding, including percentages Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office, dealership software, and sales tools Persistent, competitive, and motivated to achieve goals Strong work ethic and reliability Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Skills / Qualifications
