Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation: Competitive base salary ($100,000 - $150,000 based on experience) with uncapped commission earning potential Car mileage reimbursement for extensive travel (75%+ driving required) Healthcare benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities with a high-energy, scaling company Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B JANITORIAL sales experience Experience selling and extensive relationships with Property Management companies Sales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is REQUIRED, preferably from a larger company Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Sales Managers, generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationships Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills: Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot Previous exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
