Construction Superintendent Commercial
Manage all field operations, including labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications. Develop and maintain cost-loaded schedules, including 3-week look-aheads and weekly production tracking. Lead OAC meetings, coordinate site utilities and civil scopes, and identify/mitigate project risks. Oversee safety and quality planning, punch-list execution, and project close-out. Support cost forecasting, change order estimating, daily logs, materials receipt, and monthly billings. A successful Superintendent should have: 3+ years as a Superintendent delivering $10M+ commercial or infrastructure projects. Experience in healthcare, education, or water/wastewater construction. Strong scheduling skills and comfort leading OAC and field coordination meetings. Background managing site work, utilities, and multi-crew field teams. Proactive collaborator with strong work ethic and ability to foresee challenges. Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 130,000. + vehicle allowance, bonuses, healthcare and 401k.
