
Construction Superintendent

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Superintendent to run commercial interior and healthcare projects from kickoff through to close‑out. You’ll be leading day‑to‑day site operations, making sure everything runs safely, on schedule, and to a high standard in line with drawings and specs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all onsite activity and coordinate trades and subcontractors
Review drawings, POs, and specifications; raise RFIs where needed
Keep projects on track with schedules, budgets, and regular updates to the PM
Manage deliveries, materials, and site logistics
Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised site and field office
Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and support client meetings
Handle daily reports, manpower logs, incident reports, and look‑aheads
Ensure quality control across all work and submittals
Manage inspections and drive projects through to close‑out
Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and able to problem‑solve on the fly
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment
Solid experience across commercial interiors and/or healthcare construction
Good understanding of drawings, specs, and compliance requirements
OSHA certification required; NYC DOB Superintendent’s License preferred (or working towards it)
