Designer (UI/UX & Customer Discovery)

TekSynap is seeking a Designer (UI/UX & Customer Discovery) to join our team at the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) to focus on human-centered design and customer discovery to ensure DevSecOps platforms are intuitive, functional, and widely adopted by users. Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years UI/UX design in Agile or DevSecOps environments. Demonstrated experience in customer discovery and prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.). Strong communication and human-centered design skills. Certifications: 8570 certification: IAT Level II preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Communications, or related field. Clearance: Secret clearance required. Responsibilities

Apply human-centered design to JPO DevSecOps platforms and portals. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interface frameworks. Conduct customer discovery and stakeholder interviews. Improve user adoption through intuitive design and communication strategies. Competencies
