Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Associate Director, Engagement.AI for Medical, to support the Oncology portfolio and lead end-to-end development of customer engagement solutions. This includes designing data products, building driven insight engines, driving MSL & omnichannel strategy and operations, and measurement the impact of medical engagement. This role is based in Horsham, PA. The Associate Director, Engagement.AI for Medical, will play a pivotal role in leading our medical engagement transformation-driving the end-to-end execution of analytics and advanced AI/ML solutions across key dimensions of medical customer engagement. This role is crucial to delivering a superior, personalized experience that delights customers and positions Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine for sustained competitive advantage. We're looking for self-starter with strong business intuition, deep healthcare industry knowledge, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in pharmaceutical data and proven experience in designing and delivering analytics solutions. You will be responsible for: Working with the ME.AI Director, Engagement Manager and vendor partners to design, deploy, and enhance medical engagement solutions for the oncology portfolio. Identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness, drive execution efficiencies, and optimize medical engagement to maximize patient impact. Driving continuous evaluation and enhancement of data sets and products to strengthen insights and predictive capabilities for medical customer engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify and quantify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through compliant scientific exchange, evidence dissemination and insights generation. Partnering closely with HCC, privacy, and legal to ensure all solutions are grounded in compliance and uphold patient confidentiality. Developing and owning the measurement framework to evaluate execution, track impact, and identify opportunities to optimize investment. Collaborating across medical affairs, scientific affairs, commercial advanced analytics, data science & engineering, and information technology, among others, to shape medical omnichannel solution roadmap and evolve scientific engagement strategies. Qualifications / Requirements: A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, management consulting or related field is required. A minimum of a master's degree is required; Ph.D. is highly preferred. Competencies: Proven experience working with healthcare claims, electronic health records (EHRs), and specialty pharmacy data for real-world evidence generation and patient analyticsparticularly in identifying unmet needs and treatment gapsis required. Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, and collaborate across diverse business functions, are required. Successful track record of implementing innovative solutionsincluding AI/ML applicationswithin the pharmaceutical industry is required. Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning), including their practical applications and limitations in real-world settings, is required. Ability to do hand-on analytics. Ability to interpret predictive model outputs, evaluate performance, and translate findings into actionable insights that align with brand strategy is required. Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrixed environment, are required. High intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and innovation are essential.
