Position Overview
The Human Resources Specialist will support daily HR operations while helping drive employee engagement, recruiting initiatives, benefits administration, compliance efforts, and HR programs that support our growing organization.
Impact of This Role You will play an important role in supporting Epstein’s people and culture. The Human Resources Specialist helps ensure employees have the resources, support, and programs they need to succeed. Your work will contribute to a positive employee experience, effective recruiting efforts, and HR initiatives that help the firm continue to grow and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employees and managers
Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate coordination, interviews, and onboarding
Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment and employee inquiries
Help implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field
2–4 years of Human Resources experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
Experience working in a professional services environment
Experience using HRIS systems such as ADP
Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo

Compensation Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including education, experience, training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications, and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $52,000 – $62,000 annually.
