HR Specialist

Nashville, TN . The HR Specialist will support day‑to‑day HR operations and play a hands‑on role in employee experience, talent acquisition, compliance, and HRIS management. This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys variety, is detail‑oriented, and thrives in a growing environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer preparation
Assist with benefit administration and open enrollment support
Help ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws
Assist with training coordination, policy updates, and HR projects
Additional duties and projects when needed
Qualifications
2+ years of HR experience required
Completed Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required
Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Self‑starter who can adapt in a growing, evolving organization
Pay Range:
$24-25/HR, depending on experience
Job Type:
Contract‑to‑Hire
