POSITION : Ticket Operations & Analytics Assistantship

REPORTS TO:
Manager, Ticket Operations & Analytics
STATUS:
Temporary Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Onsite
SUMMARY:
Provide support to the Ticket Sales & Services Department by assisting with CRM and Data Analytics, as well as ticket sales, service, operational and marketing requirements. The Ticket Operations Assistantship will learn to be proficient in all ticket operational tasks.
Duration: 6.5 months /Tentative start date: Fall 2026
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Fulfillment
Process ticket orders via Archtics and maintain high level records
Fulfill ticket orders and maintain distribution channel of all ticketed products
Assist with printing of ticketed products via Archtics, including technical support for printers
Marketing Support Serve as liaison with marketing department
Edit sales materials via Illustrator/Photoshop
Front line support Assist with daily operations of the Ticket Sales and Services Department
Assist in processing in-house orders and payments and work closely with the other departments to ensure prompt and accurate processing of orders
Assist in the packaging and mailing of ticket orders and provide follow-up information for recipients
Work on-site at Orange Bowl events
May be required to handle money and ensure correct procedures are being followed
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree
CRM, Ticket Sales, service, and/or box office related experience is preferred
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all customer account information
Excellent communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours based on events, including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
Must have professional attitude and appearance and have strong teamwork skills
Valid Driver's License
