We are looking for a motivated, proactive student to join our Marketing Department as an Intern. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on exposure to both everyday marketing operations and real project ownership. You will support the manager with key administrative processes, assist in data collation, and support trade activities. If you’re organised, eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative and not afraid to ask questions or make mistakes, we’d like to hear from you. Your key responsibilities:

Supporting the creation and development of new products

Working closely with the trade team to build outstanding activities

Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns across channels

Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

Handling administrative tasks such as: creating POs, updating budget sheets, monitoring spend, and keeping documentation accurate

Coordinating cross‑functional projects and everyday operational activities

Preparing presentations, basic analyses, and supporting larger projects led by the manager

Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing new ideas

Over time, taking ownership of a small project from A to Z

What we are looking for:

Motivated person excited about the possibility of summer internship at Lipton

Strong communication and organisational skills

Willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently

Good command of English language

Basic Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills are a must‑have; experience with SAP is a plus but not required

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
