What Will You Do?
As a Voice Product Analytics Team – Senior Quantitative Analytics Associate at JPMorgan Chase, you will analyze IVR and NLU metrics alongside customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities. You will build business cases, design A/B tests, select pilot groups, and evaluate performance to inform strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate on data governance, prioritize analytics tasks, and deliver executive presentations with clear insights using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau.
