The Associate Brand Manager – Prestige is a key contributor to the development and implementation of an innovative, consumer‑centric brand marketing strategy and supports the execution of all programming and activations across all markets and channels, in alignment with Maison brand strategy and the broader MHUSA 2030 Strategy.

Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office

Job responsibilities

Support the brand’s key stakeholders to define brand strategy and marketing objectives

Contribute to the delivery of the MHUSA 2030 Strategy, in alignment with the Maison’s broader brand strategy.

Assist in the execution of marketing programs and activations to ensure the delivery of volume and profit targets is appropriately supported.

Coordinate the development and articulation of luxury programming in the most desirable channels

Support the management of the brand’s A&P deployment strategy, ensure that the A&P budget is consistently prioritized and tracked against brand objectives.

Brand Management:

Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Maison teams to design and develop elevated, luxury POS materials and brand assets to drive brand strategy and leverage consumer engagement opportunities at the moment of choice.

Collaborate with COE team to maintain ongoing awareness of brand health and consumer insights

Support brand leadership on the management of programming KPIs, to ensure programs are delivering ROI in service of the brand & business objectives

Support the Hennessy Prestige team to develop, implement, and execute brand programming, including programming playbooks and commercial guidelines, to drive brand equity, accelerate on premise growth, and drive value creation

Liaise with and guide Hennessy’s interagency teams, including creative, media, digital, PR and experiential agencies

Collaborate with the Brand Director, Prestige to manage complex campaign program timelines and deliverables across IAT (including IAT briefings, idea generation, flawless execution, program optimization and post-program measurement), ensuring collaboration and fluid communication across external partners

Gather, sort, and save materials on the shared drive to facilitate team operations

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships, internally and externally, and support cohesion across the Hennessy Masterbrand activities

Build relationships with Strategy & Business Planning, Consumer Engagement, the Commercial team, COE team, Corporate Communications, Finance, Legal, HR, and IT to enable the delivery of brand priorities and objectives.

Maintain successful relationships with agency business partners and other third-party stakeholders to continually ensure their commitment to delivering brand objectives.

Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned. Strong attention to detail is also critical.

Profile Education :

Bachelor’s Degrees, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience.

Professional Experience & Skills:

2-3+ years brand marketing experience in consumer‑packaged goods or luxury environment. Wines & Spirits experience is a plus.

Practical/Technical Knowledge

Strong command of luxury trends & Asian American Culture

Strong understanding of the on‑trade with a passion for cocktail culture, beverage trends, etc.

High level of execution – with strong attention to detail and luxury presentation

Strong Microsoft Office proficiency – particular skills with PowerPoint and Excel

Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context

Demonstrated success influencing cross‑functional stakeholders, including senior leaders

Strong analytical skills to support data‑driven decision making

Understanding of the U.S. three‑tier distribution system, a plus
