ISO 20022, Hybrid Address, Custom & Other Legacy Formats Role Summary
This role supports broader ISO 20022 migration and payments transformation activities, including custom formats, niche legacy files, and cross-stream coordination. Key Responsibilities
Support ISO 20022 adoption across multiple payment rails and formats. Analyze and map custom or proprietary payment file formats. Ensure compliance with Hybrid Address and CBPR+ requirements (cross border payments rep). Partner with product, technology, and migration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and testing coordination. Provide subject matter expertise across payments workflows and standards. Required Skills & Experience
7–10+ years in payments business analysis. Strong ISO 20022 knowledge and migration experience. Exposure to legacy/custom payment formats. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, regulatory-driven initiatives. NOTES for HIRING TEAM
