Role Summary
This role supports broader ISO 20022 migration and payments transformation activities, including custom formats, niche legacy files, and cross-stream coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ISO 20022 adoption across multiple payment rails and formats.
- Analyze and map custom or proprietary payment file formats.
- Ensure compliance with Hybrid Address and CBPR+ requirements (cross border payments rep).
- Partner with product, technology, and migration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and testing coordination.
- Provide subject matter expertise across payments workflows and standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10+ years in payments business analysis.
- Strong ISO 20022 knowledge and migration experience.
- Exposure to legacy/custom payment formats.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, regulatory-driven initiatives.
