The Sage Groups’ Client, the largest food delivery service, is seeking a Sr. Associate, Influencer & B2B Social Marketing Manager.
About the Team:
The Brand and Creative Marketing team is home to some of the most culturally impactful work at our Client — from Super Bowl moments and celebrity partnerships to creator-led campaigns that shape how the world sees our brand. This role sits within the Brand Social team, spanning both Influencer Marketing and B2B Social Strategy. Our mission is to make us synonymous with moments that matter — from consumer culture to industry leadership — by partnering with creators, brands, and voices that move culture and business forward.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Ads Marketing, Integrated Marketing (IM), Comms, Media, and Partnerships to bring campaigns and content to life across both consumer and B2B channels.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategically minded, detail-oriented Sr. Associate Marketing Manager to support both influencer campaign execution (40%) and B2B social strategy and execution (60%).

ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of creator marketing, social storytelling, and industry-facing content. You’ll help scale influencer programs in partnership with our co-marketing teams while also owning key aspects of our B2B social presence — including tentpole moments like Cannes Lions and always-on thought leadership. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we show up to both consumers and industry audiences, ensuring our content is culturally relevant, strategically aligned, and executed with excellence across channels. You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:… Influencer & Co-Marketing (40%) Support execution of influencer campaigns in partnership with the co-marketing team, with a focus on ads and performance-driven programs Help manage influencer relationships and workflows, including creative reviews, timelines, approvals, and asset delivery Review influencer content for creative quality, brand alignment, and platform best practices — providing clear, actionable feedback Partner with Ads IM and cross-functional teams to ensure influencer work ladders into broader campaign narratives Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights to improve future creator strategies B2B Social & Thought Leadership (60%) Support development and execution of our B2B social strategy, including content for LinkedIn and other priority channels Lead social planning and execution for key industry moments and tentpoles, with a primary focus on Cannes Lions (pre, during, and post-event coverage) Partner with Ads IM and Ads Comms to bring integrated campaigns to life on social Create and manage content calendars that amplify thought leadership, product narratives, and key business initiatives throughout the year Develop real-time and reactive content during live events, ensuring we show up in a timely, relevant, and engaging way Translate complex industry topics into compelling, social-first storytelling that resonates with B2B audiences Cross-Functional & Operational Excellence Maintain trackers, dashboards, and workflows across influencer and social programs Coordinate asset handoffs and timelines across teams, ensuring seamless execution Stay plugged into social, creator, and industry trends to inform both B2C and B2B strategies Immediate Priorities Own influencer management and execution for key co-marketing campaigns Lead Cannes social strategy and execution, including content planning, live coverage, and post-event amplification Partner closely with Ads IM and Ads Comms to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels You have 4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, ideally across both brand and B2B environments You have a strong understanding of creator marketing and social-first storytelling, and know what resonates across platforms You’re experienced in event-based or real-time social coverage (Cannes or similar tentpoles is a plus) You can flex between creative thinking and operational execution, managing multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail You’re comfortable translating business narratives and thought leadership into engaging social content You’re collaborative, proactive, and thrive in cross-functional environments You’re deeply curious about culture, industry trends, and how brands show up credibly in both consumer and B2B spaces
