Overview The Supervisor, Strategy & Investment will help development, execution, and stewardship of media plans for an account at Zenith. As the Supervisor, you effectively leverage your experience, knowledge, and skills to push fresh thinking while balancing client, agency, and team needs.

Responsibilities

Implement effective media strategies and lead all day‑to‑day aspects of planning and digital execution across multiple campaigns.

Oversee planning and digital functions, while integrating all channels to develop cohesive and groundbreaking campaigns.

Possess strong knowledge of all cross‑channel media, with a drive for curiosity and passion for the client’s business.

Lead regular client presenting, relationship building, and managing day‑to‑day client interactions.

Strong background managing media financials using tools such as Prisma.

Lead by example assisting in all levels of the planning and activation process.

Supervise, train, and develop skills of Assistants and Planners by managing workload, delegating responsibilities, and checking work for accuracy.

Mentor and guide direct reports to ensure proper education for advancement.

Effectively communicate across all levels and be willing to adopt new skills.

Maintain detailed awareness of media landscape, trends, challenges, and competition.

Qualifications

B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

3+ years of media planning/digital activation experience.

Ability to translate data into well‑articulated and actionable ideas.

Have strong written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation.

Needs minimal supervision, relying on your own experience/judgment.

Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.

Resource for others in resolution of complex problems/issues.

Detail‑oriented with proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to learn new proprietary software and processes quickly and proficiently.

Compensation Range: $81,225- $129,987 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
