As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Sarasota, FL at the Ringling Financial Center location.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations via a defined process—outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, lobby engagement—to elevate client loyalty and secure new revenue.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet with a differentiated experience, using technology, tools, and resources to educate customers.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems, thus enhancing loyalty.
Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and maintaining branch operations efficiently.
Qualifications Successful candidates will have:
3+ years of customer‑facing banking experience and a solid understanding of banking products and services.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience). No degree required.
Knowledge of digital banking tools and a proactive sales mindset.
