Leasing Consultant – Knoll Crest

Opening at Knoll Crest Apartments, a great property in San Antonio for a full time leasing consultant. At least one year apartment leasing experience is needed. Local candidates only, please. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays! Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background. Performs all aspects of Leasing Consultants Job , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed. Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention. Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy. Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc. Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal. Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.
