Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising site staff, monitoring safety protocols, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project plans.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety

Strong organization skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control for construction projects

Experience in Project Management and the ability to coordinate complex activities to meet project deadlines

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with compliance regulations and building codes

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
