About the Role The Senior Real Estate Paralegal will serve as a key member of the legal team, supporting attorneys and collaborating with cross‑functional departments involved in real estate transactions. This role involves managing complex due diligence processes, reviewing and organizing critical real estate documentation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all transactional activities. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with significant experience in commercial real estate, title and survey review, and document management within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support attorneys in real estate transactional matters by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing key documents and agreements.

Conduct due diligence on real estate assets, including analyzing leases, recorded documents, title materials, and related property information.

Draft and revise standard real estate documents, correspondence, and project‑related summaries.

Manage critical dates, project timelines, and closing deliverables across multiple transactions.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to gather information, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Oversee documentation, file organization, and data management to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Assist with escrow, title, and survey processes from initial review through closing.

Required Qualifications

Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or in‑house environment.

Strong title and survey review experience preferred.
