Responsibilities
Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Maintain specific side‑work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
Clear and reset tables
When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments
Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property's cash handling policy
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations and etiquette
Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items
Clear tables
Reset tables
Maintains current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area
All other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a restaurant food runner role
Hotel experience preferred
