Prepare and review loan closing documents with precision and compliance.
Coordinate funding of mortgage loans efficiently and accurately.
Communicate with internal teams, title/escrow companies, and lenders to ensure seamless closings.
Maintain strict adherence to investor and company guidelines.
Support the team with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in mortgage loan doc drawing and/or funding.
Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines, compliance, and documentation requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
