Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

A bit about us Are you a Construction Superintendent with a passion for leading multifamily construction projects? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent, full‑time position that offers you an opportunity to be a pivotal part of our growing organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of multifamily projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of the project life cycle including pre‑construction, construction, and post‑construction phases.

Manage and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Coordinate with architects and engineers to develop and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Manage all onsite and offsite construction activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Review the work progress on a daily basis and adjust schedules and plans as needed.

Resolve any problems that may arise and ensure the construction project is meeting the necessary standards.

Implement risk management procedures to ensure the safety of the construction site.

Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.

Proven track record of successfully managing multifamily construction projects.

Familiar with podium‑style construction.

Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction plans.

Advanced understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

Excellent knowledge of construction management software.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel to various job sites.
