The Orchard Golf & Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven
Assistant Golf Professional
to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated golf professional looking to grow within a high-quality club environment while gaining well‑rounded, hands‑on experience. You will work closely with the PGA General Manager and leadership team, developing your skills in instruction, tournament operations, merchandising, and overall golf operations management. As part of the Futren Hospitality family, you’ll also have access to broader resources, leadership support, and career development opportunities across a portfolio of premier clubs and hospitality experiences. What You’ll Do
Assist with all daily golf operations including tee sheet management, tournaments, merchandising, and member service Lead and support outside golf operations staff with professionalism and accountability Plan, promote, and execute member events and tournaments Provide high‑quality private and group instruction for players of all levels Uphold club standards, policies, and pace‑of‑play expectations Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on Personal Pride / Superior Service What We’re Looking For
PGA Associate (Level 1 completed and actively pursuing membership) Strong teaching ability and passion for player development Previous golf operations experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and service‑focused Proficiency with Golf Genius preferred Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Health insurance (club contributes to premiums) Paid Parental leave 401(k) program Playing and practicing privileges Access to Futren resources, training, and long‑term career growth Relocation & Transition Support
