Staff Recruiter
to lead full-cycle hiring across corporate and go-to-market functions. This role partners closely with leadership to drive hiring strategy, optimize processes, and build strong talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities
Own full lifecycle recruiting for G&A and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CX, Corporate) Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and workforce plans Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent Manage offer process including negotiations and closing Analyze recruiting metrics to improve pipeline and hiring outcomes Drive process improvements and recruiting efficiency Qualifications
Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or corporate roles Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills Data-driven approach to recruiting and decision-making Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Experience with ATS platforms (modern systems preferred) Preferred
