We’re seeking an experienced

Interim Corporate Recruiter

to support high‑priority hiring needs across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for a fast‑paced, hands‑on recruiter who excels at sourcing, managing urgent requisitions, and partnering with hiring leaders.

What You’ll Do

Manage 10–12 active requisitions and help reduce a 20+ req backlog

Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer stage

Prioritize urgent, high‑impact roles across:

Sales (primary focus)

Finance

Legal

HR

Occasional tech roles

Conduct

heavy sourcing

to build strong pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions

Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines

Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong communication throughout the process

Keep the ATS updated and ensure compliance with hiring processes and employment regulations

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of

full‑cycle recruiting

experience

Strong background recruiting for

sales and corporate roles

Proven ability to manage

high‑volume requisition loads

Skilled in sourcing passive talent and building pipelines

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑moving environment
