Duration: 6+ months Location: Framingham, MA Shift: Mon - Fri (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) (Onsite) Position Summary: This role is well-suited for a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing capability, experience managing multiple requisitions, and comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Develop and implement sourcing strategies Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit Maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
