Lead all aspects of accounting policy research and interpretation for a company with interesting complexities, providing an intellectually stimulating challenge. Oversee the entire accounting function, including financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and operational accounting activities. Play a key role in technology and system initiatives that will significantly impact the company’s future success. Lead, mentor, and motivate an experienced accounting staff performing at a high level. Partner with key leaders across the organization to interpret accounting standard changes and explain their financial impact on revenue, lease, inventory accounting, and other policies. This position offers the opportunity to touch a wide array of functions, not just accounting policy, and to play a key leadership role in ensuring the business remains profitable and successful. Compensation includes excellent cash salary, bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k) plan contributing double the market average.
