Key Responsibilities: Report directly to the CFO and collaborate with key executives across the “C” level to lead strategic initiatives. Assess talent within the accounting department and partner on strategic succession planning for future leadership roles. Participate in acquisition analysis, integration, and planning as part of the “deal team”. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
