Business Development Exec - Germany

An exciting new role for a bilingual German/English B2B Sales expert, working for a a proven innovator and industry leader for simplifying business mobility solutions by making them smarter, faster and more reliable. You will be based in the north of Germany, as this will be the region you will be covering. Working with different verticals, you will be targeting SME's within the region, selling leading SaaS services. You will inherit around 100 accounts where you will begin to forge professinal, long lasting relationships. In addition you will be developing and hunting for new business within the northern German market. You will be expected to visit customers , conduct demos and also target customers online by phone and email. Core responsibilities

Prospect for potential customers, approach them by calling and face‑to‑face meetings on‑site, attending events and networking days. Understanding the client needs and identifying new opportunities within your territory. Developing and implementing customer needs, aligning outcomes and timelines. Preparing and conducting presentations at senior management levels for larger clients. Develop and nurture a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Communicating and coordinating with internal teams. Meets assigned sales targets. 3-5 years selling Software Sales on a B2B direct level and though resellers Successful in driving and closing business with net new Logos. Proven experience in full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is desirable C1‑C2 level of German This role is available to start asap.
