About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven

Social Media Marketing Specialist

to join our team. You will own our social media presence with a strong focus on LinkedIn, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, and also handle email marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who can build brand awareness, engage audiences, generate leads, and drive measurable business growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms, with special emphasis on LinkedIn for professional networking, thought leadership, and B2B lead generation

Create, design, schedule, and publish high-quality content (graphics, carousels, videos, Reels, Stories, LinkedIn articles, and newsletters)

Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across social media and email channels

Run paid social advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and other platforms

Manage email marketing campaigns including list building, segmentation, campaign creation, A/B testing, and automation

Handle day-to-day community management and audience engagement across platforms

Monitor social media and email performance using analytics tools and generate monthly reports on key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI)

Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices — especially on LinkedIn

Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to align all marketing efforts with business goals

Identify and execute influencer or partnership opportunities when relevant

Requirements

5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing with proven results

Strong experience managing LinkedIn (organic + paid campaigns)

Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns

Solid experience with email marketing (campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking)

Proficiency in content creation tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)

Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.)

Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Brevo

Strong understanding of paid advertising on Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok

Excellent writing skills for captions, email copy, and LinkedIn thought leadership content

Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in [Your Industry – e.g., SaaS, Tech, B2B services, etc.]

Video editing and short-form content creation skills

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
