Billing & Account Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle billing, including client fee calculations and add-ons

The Billing & Account Coordinator will audit invoices to ensure accuracy of services and pricing

Maintain billing records and resolve discrepancies

Handle 5–10 client calls per day, addressing billing-related inquiries (non-collections)

The Billing & Account Coordinator will build and maintain strong client relationships

Review contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements

Utilize spreadsheets and templates to validate data and identify cost savings opportunities

The Billing & Account Coordinator will investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions

Preferred Qualifications of the Billing & Account Coordinator Role

Experience in billing, accounts payable, or similar accounting functions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Customer service or client-facing experience

Proficiency in Excel and working with data

Ability to multitask in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
