Sales Director Duties and Responsibilities: Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges Daily census reports and reporting Coordinate the inquiry process Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork Notification and reporting of admission updates Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions Sales Director Qualifications and Skills: Must be able to read and understand clinical paperwork Excellent interpersonal skills Must work well within a team Should be able to handle multiple tasks at once Sales Director Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
