Order Management Specialist
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to join a local team. In this critical role, you will facilitate the seamless processing of customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders using order entry and ERP systems Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, customer service, and finance) to ensure on-time order fulfillment Track the status of orders and proactively communicate updates to customers Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or billing discrepancies in a timely manner Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely shipments Generate order-related reports and maintain accurate records Suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and customer experience Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/order management systems Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
