The Position STACK Infrastructure is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to synthesize market, audience, product, and competitive inputs for driving the highest possible revenue for the business. The role of the Product Marketing Manager involves performing activities such as product market positioning, sales and product differentiation messaging development, competitive analysis, and sales enablement such as creation of sales tools, communication, and training. In addition, your skills may be utilized across a variety of other marketing efforts to support the growth of the STACK brand and support other revenue generating efforts. Working to develop the product positioning and messaging and maximize the strengths of every marketing and communication channel, the Product Marketing Manager will work to understand the audience’s needs and behaviors, market trends, and competitive intelligence. STACK, the digital infrastructure partner to the world’s most innovative companies, is growing our global footprint and the Product Marketing Manager will work to solidify the messaging and product-set of STACK Americas and, in part, STACK Infrastructure as a whole. This cross functional role requires strong communication and collaboration with company leadership, strategy team, finance, sales teams, and other marketing functions in the formulation of optimal go to market strategies, product education approaches, product solution creation, and execution of competitive counter-tactics to achieve the product’s market share targets. Responsibilities Use market and customer insights to identify market opportunities, inform the product roadmap, validate product concepts, segment audiences, and shape GTM strategies Develop positioning, narrative, and messaging strategies that drive our audiences to action and differentiate us from the competition Develop the go-to-market strategy for new products, sites, markets and orchestrate the cross functional execution plan to achieve business goals Create compelling product marketing assets, evidence, and enablement to support sales efforts Perform competitive and market analysis to support product trajectories Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites Execute on various marketing tasks and responsibilities as necessary Competencies An understanding of the data center industry and its traditional Go-To-Market activities Track record of leading successful new product launches, including GTM strategy and managing cross-functional teams to deliver on business goals Able to gather insights from internal and external sources, assess the impact and make strategic recommendations Experience developing compelling internal content and training for sales, customer support, and marketing, as well as effective external product marketing assets, including videos, tours, one-pagers, and sales presentations Able to get things done and effectively prioritize many competing demands. Strong project management skills are a must, with experience managing design teams, freelancers, and agencies to scale quality content in a fast-paced environment Passionate about execution excellence, with a track record of bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects. Able to roll with the punches. Effective fire-fighter A strong background in enterprise B2B marketing Exceptional writing and grammar skills Be able to convey otherwise complex material clearly and concisely to internal and external client audiences in a manner they can understand and relate to Leadership skills and the ability to influence and move others towards a single unified direction High level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to exercise good judgment and demonstrate maturity Must be decisive, iterative, and agile Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment Proactive and disciplined in following through with set priorities and programs The Details Typically, this role would require approximately 10%-15% travel to attend events and visit STACK locations as necessary Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements Must pass comprehensive background screening Must be eligible to work in the United States Must-have Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years’ experience in product marketing or directly related field Highly proficient in MS Word and MS PowerPoint Baseline proficiency in MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign Compensation Range $115,540.00 - $128,260.00 This Might Be Right For You If You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making You do not get flustered easily.
