Instead of leaving people to juggle meal planning, grocery decisions, nutrition goals, and cooking on their own, Brisk It turns home cooking into an intelligent, personalized system designed to deliver better outcomes with less daily effort. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will handle the day-to-day management and growth of Brisk It's social media presence across various platforms. Responsibilities include creating and executing social media strategies, generating engaging content, creating / filming / streaming new content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring trends, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves fostering meaningful interactions with online communities and ensuring messaging aligns with the brand’s voice. Responsibilities Own Brisk It’s social media presence across key platforms Develop and execute organic content strategies that build awareness, engagement, and brand momentum Plan, create, launch, and optimize creative and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and others Generate and test creative concepts, messaging, hooks, and ad angles Translate product features, customer stories, and market trends into compelling content and campaigns Leverage AI tools to improve ideation, production speed, workflow efficiency, and campaign performance Analyze content and campaign performance and apply insights to continuously improve results Partner closely with leadership on brand voice, creative direction, positioning, and growth strategy Contribute to building a scalable and repeatable growth engine as the company grows Qualifications 3+ years of experience in social media, growth marketing, paid media, content marketing, or a related role Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets Strong understanding of what drives content performance across modern social platforms Ability to film, create, direct, or edit high-quality content, especially short-form video Experience using performance data and testing to optimize campaigns Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, workflow automation, or campaign execution Strong communication, judgment, and execution skills Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus Experience in consumer, food, health, lifestyle, or technology brands is a plus This Role Would be a Good Fit For: A proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented marketer Someone who is energized by ownership and comfortable operating with speed and accountability A builder who brings ideas forward and turns them into action A marketer who is equally comfortable thinking creatively and measuring performance A candidate excited by the opportunity to help shape an emerging category #J-18808-Ljbffr
